Tuna Ceviche With Mango
Tuna ceviche recipe with mango is one of the Best Summer Appetizer Recipes, This delicious chili and fruit flavored dish is a really great way to serve tuna. Use sashimi grade tuna because it is tender and soft-flavored. Ceviche is a slightly spiced South American dish and you can use different kinds of fish. The citrus juice "cooks" the fish so you have to leave it to marinate for a few hours. The fish is technically raw when you serve seafood appetizers like ceviche, but the citrus softens and flavors it. The fish is quite mild but the marinade is tangy and sharp so you can imagine how full of flavor this summer appetizer recipe is.
