  1. 1 ½ cups frozen artichoke hearts, thawed
  2. 1 cup frozen spinach, thawed
  3. ¼ cup mayonnaise
  4. ¼ cup sour cream
  5. 6 oz cream cheese
  6. ¼ teaspoon salt
  7. ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  8. ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes
  9. ⅓ cup grated parmesan

Hot Spinach Artichoke Dip Preparation

  1. Chop the artichoke hearts, then boil them with the spinach in a cup of water until tender.
  2. Drain the artichoke and spinach and throw the liquid away.
  3. Heat the cream cheese for a minute in the microwave, stir it with all the other ingredients, and serve with crackers or toasted French bread slices.
