Hot Artichoke Dip Ingredients 

  1. 1 cup mayonnaise
  2. 1 can artichoke hearts
  3. 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  4. ½ cup parmesan cheese, grated
  5. ½ cup cheddar cheese, grated
  6. 1 baguette, sliced and toasted

Warm Artichoke Dip Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Chop the artichoke hearts then stir in the mayonnaise, garlic, and cheese.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a 9 inch pie plate and bake until golden brown on top and bubbling.
  4. Serve with toasted baguette slices.
  5. You can run a garlic clove over the baguette slices before toasting them if you want.
