Delicious Chicken Fajitas Recipe

Ingredients -
  1. 3 skinned, boned chicken breasts, sliced into strips
  2. 1 onion
  3. 1 green or red bell pepper, sliced into strips
  4. Envelope of fajita seasoning
  5. 6 flour tortillas
  6. 6 slices cheddar cheese
  7. 1 small pot sour cream
  8. Hot sauce
  9. Salsa to serve
Preparation:
  1. Remove the tortillas from the pack and wrap them in tinfoil.
  2. Wrap them tightly and don't add water.
  3. Place in a 350 degree F oven to warm for 15 minutes.
  4. Heat some cooking oil in a skillet and cook the chicken for about 7 minutes until it is half done.
  5. Add the bell peppers and onions and cook until tender.
  6. Place the chicken mixture into the center of each tortilla, add sour cream, sliced cheese and a dash of hot sauce, roll up and serve with salsa on the side.

The cheddar cheese is nice with these but you could serve a Mexican blend instead if you prefer.
