Ingredients

  7. 2 cups sliced onion
  8. 4 flour tortillas
  9. ⅛ teaspoon ground red pepper
  10. 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
  11. ⅓ cup each green, red, and yellow bell pepper strips
  12. ¼ cup sour cream
  13. 1 tablespoon lime juice
  14. Salsa, hot sauce, and sour cream, to serve

Preparation:
  1. Trim any excess fat from the steak, and then slice it across the grain diagonally into thin strips.
  2. Put the steak strips in a Ziploc bag with the black pepper, red pepper, cumin, chili, and salt and shake well to coat.
  3. Warm the tortillas, according to the directions on the pack.
  4. Heat a teaspoon of oil in a big skillet over a medium high heat, and then add the steak, onion, and bell peppers.
  5. Sauté for 5 minutes or until the steak is done.
