Baked Bruschetta Ingredients -


  1. ¼ cup green onions, chopped
  2. 1 tablespoon sliced black olives
  3. ½ cup sour cream
  4. 1 tablespoon sliced green olives
  5. ½ cup salsa
  6. 12 slices crusty French Bread, ½ inch thick
  7. 6 tablespoons olive oil
  8. 1 ¼ cups finely shredded cheddar cheese


Baked Bruschetta Preparation:


  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. Rub the oil all over both sides of the bread and arrange the slices on a baking sheet.
  3. Sprinkle half the cheese over the top of the bread and bake it until the cheese is melted and the bread is golden.
  4. Arrange the hot bread on a serving plate and spoon the salsa over it.
  5. Scatter the green onions, black olives, green olives and the rest of the cheese over the top and serve with the sour cream.
