Fruit Yogurt Ingredients

  1. 6 cups fresh fruit (sliced strawberries, bananas, mangos, papayas, apricots, peaches, pears or pineapple).
  2. 8 ounch vanilla low fat yogurt.
  3. 1/2 cut ricotta cheese.
  4. 1/4 cup packed brown sugar.

Fruit Yogurt Cooking Preparation

  1. Divide the fruits into four 12-ounce to 16-ounce au gratin dishes.
  2. Place these dishes in a 15×10x1 inch baking pan.
  3. In a small bowl, stir the yogurt and ricotta cheese together.
  4. Spoon the yogurt mixture over the fruits.
  5. Sprinkle evenly with brown sugar on the top.
  6. Baken in a 230 degree Celcius (450 degree Fahrenheit) oven for 7 to 8 minutes, or until the brown sugar is melted.
