- 6 cups fresh fruit (sliced strawberries, bananas, mangos, papayas, apricots, peaches, pears or pineapple).
- 8 ounch vanilla low fat yogurt.
- 1/2 cut ricotta cheese.
- 1/4 cup packed brown sugar.
Fruit Yogurt Cooking Preparation
- Divide the fruits into four 12-ounce to 16-ounce au gratin dishes.
- Place these dishes in a 15×10x1 inch baking pan.
- In a small bowl, stir the yogurt and ricotta cheese together.
- Spoon the yogurt mixture over the fruits.
- Sprinkle evenly with brown sugar on the top.
- Baken in a 230 degree Celcius (450 degree Fahrenheit) oven for 7 to 8 minutes, or until the brown sugar is melted.
