Monte Cristo sandwich Ingredients
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard.
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise.
- 8 slices challah bread (about 1 inch thick).
- 6 ounces sliced Muenster cheese.
- 12 ounces thinly sliced cooked turkey breast.
- Kosher salt.
- Freshly ground black pepper.
- 2/3 cup whole-berry cranberry sauce or relish.
- 3 large eggs.
- 1/4 cup milk.
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter.
Monte Cristo sandwich Preparation
