Black Bean Salsa Ingredients
- 11 oz can corn
- 15 oz can black beans
- 1 avocado
- ¼ cup diced red onion
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Juice from 2 limes
- ⅓ cup fresh cilantro
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 teaspoon minced jalapeño
Black Bean and Corn Salsa Preparation
- Drain the corn, then drain and rinse the black beans.
- Chop the tomatoes, red bell pepper, and cilantro.
- Combine everything except the avocado.
- Cover and chill for 2 hours, then chop and stir in the avocado.
- Serve with tortilla chips for dipping.
