Spinach Onion Salad
It's easy to make ahead of time, store well in a refrigerator and serve chilled. You could make the salad the night before and keep it in the fridge until time to serve. Strawberries and nuts can be used instead of lettuce, which makes the dish a little less fancy, but adds a little zest to the greens.
