  6. Few drops sesame oil
  7. 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
  8. 1 green onion, chopped
  9. ½ teaspoon white sugar
  10. Pinch each of salt and black pepper
  11. 6 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
  12. Vegetable oil, for deep frying
  13. Lettuce and tomato slices, to serve

  1. Combine the prawns, oyster sauce, green onion, sesame oil, and black pepper.
  2. Combine the chili sauce, sesame seeds, and lychees for the dipping sauce.
  3. Beat the egg white until it is stiff, and then fold in the sugar and salt.
