  1. 1 cup plain yogurt
  2. 1 teaspoon honey
  3. 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  4. ½ teaspoon lemon juice
  5. ½ teaspoon chili powder
  6. ¼ teaspoon salt
  7. ½ teaspoon tomato puree
  8. Extra virgin olive oil

  1. Stir together the yogurt, honey, lemon zest, lemon juice, tomato puree, salt and half the chili powder and taste.
  2. You might want to add more of one of the ingredients to balance the flavors.
  3. If the dip is too thick you can add a tiny bit of milk to thin it a bit.
  4. When you are happy with the dip, sprinkle the remaining chili powder over the top and pour some extra virgin olive oil over the dip.
  5. Serve chilled.
