  12. Lemon slices and lettuce, for garnish

Crab Cakes Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees F.
  2. Combine the mustard, Worcestershire sauce, mayonnaise, eggs, and parsley, and then add the breadcrumbs and crab.
  3. Season with salt and pepper and combine well.
  4. Divide this mixture into 8 portions and flatten them into thick patties.
  5. Coat each one lightly with breadcrumbs.
  6. Chill for 30 minutes.
