- 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- 3 dashes hot sauce
- 1 teaspoon spicy brown mustard
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 tablespoon grated onion
Cheesy Spinach Dip Preparation
- Let the spinach thaw, and then squeeze it dry.
- Crush the garlic and bring the cream cheese to room temperature.
- Combine everything in a big bowl and microwave it on high for 2 minutes.
- Stir and microwave it for 2 more minutes.
- Stir and microwave it for 1 more minute. Serve piping hot with tortilla chips or bread to dip.
